1. How long is the shelf life of your products? If there is a quality problem with the product, what should we do?

Generally, all our products will pass strict quality inspection by QC team before delivery. Then the shelf life of our products is one year after the order is delivered. During this period, if there are any product quality problems, our technical engineers and sales will cooperate with the customer's team to provide reliable solutions, and do our best to protect the customer's interests.

2. Do you provide OEM service? Is it Free?
At present, our products can provide free OEM services, you only need to provide relevant information to our sales staff, and then our production department will produce products with your brand information according to your requirements.

3. How to ship an order? How to pay for freight?

Our company has a good cooperation relationship with the world famous express companies, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS. In addition, we have experienced and mature transportation partners to provide us with sea transportation and air transportation services. As for freight, our sales staff will discuss the freight details with you carefully before confirming the order.

4. What payment methods can I use?
Now we support T/T, L/C Credit, Western Union, Paypal.Of course, you can also pay RMB to our local bank in China.

5. Do you provide samples?
At present, all our products support sample orders. You can email us with your needs.
